    We are excited for 2021 and will be well prepared to provide a quality experience. To assist you in making a decision we are offering a refund policy that covers issues related to COVID-19. These were put in place shortly after the rise of COVID-19 during the early Spring of 2020. This entitles you to a full refund In the event that CHM is unable to operate. You will also be entitled to a full refund if your camper(s) or one of his/her immediate family members has a COVID-19 event.

    Discounts

    • Fall Discount – Register and pay deposit by January 1st.
    • Early Bird Discount – Register and pay deposit by March 15th.
    • Sibling Discount – $100 discount per week for each child you enroll after the first!
    • Referral Discount: $100 discount for the first family who enrolls based on your recommendation, $200 for the second family, $300 for the third family, $400 for the fourth family, and $500 for the fifth family! 
    • Earth Expedition Multi-week Discount:  $575 when you enroll in an Earth Expedition and any other camp program, either another Earth Expedition or Traditional Camp.
    • Note:  Early payment in full is not required to receive either of the early registration discounts! For 2021, we've eliminated the early payment requirement.

    Transportation

    Many of our families choose to drive to camp. The setting is wonderful and every year parents ask when we will offer a camp for them! We do offer a shuttle service for the Northern Virginia, D.C. and Maryland area. You may choose to utilize the shuttle to camp, from camp, or both ways. 

    Ground Shuttle: $75 each way.
    Airport Shuttle: $90 each way.
