HORSEBACK RIDING

In our ACA accredited riding program, campers choose two riding plans, ranging from one lesson per day to a full half-day in the saddle.

We teach English riding with experienced instructors and well-cared for horses. Riders begin in the ring, developing a trusting relationship between camper and horse. Learning to handle these beautiful animals goes a long way in teaching us respect for animals and in building our own self-confidence. As skill levels increase campers can choose to venture out of the ring on one of our trail rides.

Horseback riding lessons

Riding lessons are available to all ages and offered at both the beginneer and more experienced level. Lessons take place four times per week and are available each week during the summer. An additonal fee is charged for riding lessons. Fees are $100 for one week and $190 for two weeks.

Horse Care Classes

Classes are offered daily prior to dinner and are available at no additional charge. This is a great way to interact with our horses without riding

Equestrian Camp

For boys and girls ages 9-16. The week includes horse riding instruction half of the day and the remaining time participating in favorite camp activities. Campers can combine this week with addtional weeks or traditional camp. Click here for more information.
