HOW TO APPLY
The first step in applying to Camp Hidden Meadows is to fill out the staff application form.
APPLICATION
Either complete the online version or print the PDF version, complete it and send it to us. If you cannot download the form, contact our office and we can mail or fax the information to you.
REFERENCE FORMS
We require 2 references with each application. Your application will not be complete until we have received both references. Make sure to use someone you have worked for, volunteered with, or been a student of. Good references are teachers, coaches, volunteer supervisors, or work supervisors. A reference should be able to judge your character and abilities to work with children and others. Do not send a reference from another student, a family member, or friend.

INTERVIEW
After we have received the completed application and both reference forms, we will call/email and set up a time for an interview. Most interviews take place over the phone, but if you are close enough to camp, we will request an in-person interview.
OFFER OF POSITION
After the interview and reference check process, if you are offered a position, you will be mailed a contract packet with the following five forms:
Contract for Employment: One copy to be mailed back to camp by the date indicated. Contracts not submitted by the return date will be void and the position offered to someone else.
Personnel Policies: A complete listing of Camp Hidden Meadows' personnel policies that should be read prior to signing and returning the contract.
Background Check Form: Because our staff members work with children under the age of 18, we require that each staff member be submitted to a national criminal background check. This form is mailed to you with your contract and must be returned signed and with your contract.

Driving Record Form: All staff members must provide us with a completed driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles prior to the arrival at camp – no later than June 1. Any fees for this report are the responsibility of the staff member
Physical Examination Form: All staff members must complete our medical form and have it signed by a physician. This form must be returned prior to your arrival at camp - no later than June 1. All fees for the examination are the responsibility of the staff member.
