Our two-week sessions offer double the fun, double the adventure, and double the friendships. Here are some of the benefits of a two-week session:

Our one week program offer campers the timeless sleepaway camp experience in a session that fits into your busy summer calendar.  

It’s amazing what we can fit into just a week: your camper will get to enjoy on-site workshops, off-site New Adventures, special events, and ample time connecting with cabinmates.

Earth Expeditions

1-Week Program

Ages: Finishing 7th–10th grade

EE 2-A: June 30 – July 6
EE 2-B: July 7 – July 13
EE 3-A: July 14 – July 20

Tuition: $1,900

Earth Expeditions combine our most popular New Adventures into an action-packed week. A small co-ed group spends most of their time out of camp, exploring all that Wild and Wonderful West Virginia has to offer.

Counselor in Training

2-Week Program

Ages: Finishing 10th grade

The Counselor-in-Training Program is specially designed to provide rising juniors in high school with leadership opportunities while having the fantastic camp experience they know and love in a small group setting.

Important Enrollment Information

These Additional Options are available during the summer for an additional fee. Very limited spots are available in these programs. If you want to inquire about space available before signing up, please call our office at 304-456-5191. 

  • Horseback Riding: $275/week. Some sessions on a Wait List. Review session dates above for availability for each session. Offered during all sessions except for Session 5
  • Fly Fishing Clinic: $105/week. Offered during all sessions.
  • Many of our families enjoy the drive to camp and parents love the chance to get a taste of life at Hidden Meadows.
  • Based on demand, we offer coach bus service for the Northern Virginia, D.C. and Maryland area.
  • You may choose to utilize the bus to camp, from camp, or both ways, depending on availability.
  • Campers flying in can sign up for our transportation from and/or to the Dulles International Airport (IAD). We only transport campers through Dulles airport.


     Ground Shuttle: $90 each way.
     Airport Shuttle:  $105 each way.
  • Learn more about our Financial Aid (“Campership”) Program
  • Short Application; Quick Turnaround
  • No income threshold. Awards range from 10-90% of tuition.
  • Early Enrollment discounts end November 1 and January 1.
  • Sibling Discount: $300 discount for each additional sibling (2 kids total = $300 off, 3 kids total = $600 off, etc.)
  • Military Discount (Active & Veterans): 10% off of tuition.
  • Referral Discount: $150 referral credit for each family you refer.

A deposit of $500 per Week is due at the time of enrollment in order to hold your space. The balance will be charged in equal installments at the beginning of each month through April 1st. For enrollments after April 1st, the full balance is due at the time of enrollment.

When you enroll, you will enter your Credit Card or ACH (eCheck) information to pay your Deposit. We will automatically bill that same payment at the beginning of each month through April 1st. We will send out a reminder in advance in case you would like to change your payment method. If you cannot pay by Credit Card or ACH (eCheck), please contact our office.

Deposits are refundable until February 1st. Tuition is refundable until April 1st. For cancellations after April 1st, the Deposit, Tuition, and Fees are all non-refundable. Cancellations between April 1st and May 31st may be credited in full or in part to the camper’s account in the case of a serious accident or illness, contingent upon written physician verification of injury/illness that precludes camp participation, and at the discretion of the Camp Director. The credit must be used by the same camper the following summer.

Our Campership Program

To help more families experience the joy of a summer at Camp Hidden Meadows, we offer camp scholarships (“Camperships”) to families who cannot afford the full cost of a session at Camp. Visit our Financial Assistance page for more information.
